Returns Policy

Unwanted items should be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original packaging with tags or labels still intact and in a re-saleable condition.

For hygeine reasons we ask that you try pants and thongs etc. on over your own underwear. Please note that for reasons of hygeine we do not exchange or refund on wigs, stockings, tights, bodystockings and catsuits that heve been removed from their packaging.

Offer of a refund/credit will not be confirmed until the goods are received back at our offices
and garment inspection and testing has been conducted by our Returns Department.
(Original postal fees will be deducted) from all offers of refund/credit, unless goods have not
yet been received or are faulty.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase up to 7 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part we will offer a full refund or an exchange. Please note that we do not pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

How to return an item

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

- Please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your name, address details and telephone number.

- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any).

- Send the package to this address: Caming Soon- For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

- For credit card purchases a refund will be credited to your account the same day we receive the returned item/s. We will send you

an E-Mail-please allow 10 working days.

We only send our  email newsletters to those people who have previously enquired about our products, those who have purchased from us or one of the companies we have acquired. Your name and address is retained on our database.

Do I have choices regarding how my information is used?
You remain in control of your information. At the time you provide your information, you can choose whether you want to receive further communications about special offers, product information or other marketing messages. You can opt-out of any marketing communications from Nuimage at any time by contacting us. All e-mail communications from us, such as newsletters, tell you how to stop receiving them.

Can I access/update my information?
Nu Image wants your information and preferences to be accurate and complete. If you would like to access or update the personal information we maintain about you in our systems, contact us using any of the methods below.

How long will my information be stored?
NuImagebelieves it is important, for privacy and security reasons, to delete information when it is no longer needed. Data retention periods differ depending on the type of information collected and its intended purpose. For example, we will store your e-mail address if you've subscribed to one of our newsletters until you opt-out (tell us you no longer wish to receive communications from us). If you order a product or service from us, shipping and billing information will be archived according to legal requirements. If you send us a question or concern, we will maintain your information for a reasonable period of time and then delete it.

You may request to delete any personal information you have submitted to Nu Image by contacting us using any of the methods below. We will then take all reasonable steps to functionally delete all such information from our database.
